Fort Vale – Super Maxi Highflow<\/h2>\n

Designed in cooperation with leading tank builders and users (in the UK), it meets even the strictest requirements on modern tank trucks, railway cars, container vessels and stationary tanks.<\/p>\n

The valve is made of stainless steel type 316. Precision work, made with the newest CNC tools. The seal material is Viton \u201dA\u201d or TYTAN, one PTFE (Teflon) pressure\/vacuum seal in each.<\/p>\n

The Tytan seal is the result of a very long research carried out by the Fort Vale design team. It is made of hard PTFE (Teflon) and is designed in such a way that there can be an O-ring on the opposite side. This gives the seal the same efficiency as rubber and the same resistance to chemicals as PTFE (Teflon). It is best suitable for tanks used for transport of liquids, the vapours of which are both destructive and toxic or combustible.<\/p>\n
